Dr. Allen Ward

Dr. Allen Ward is the author of "The Lean Development Skills Book". As a University of Michigan professor he led the first major study of Toyota's product development system. An ex-military officer, machine designer, and entrepreneur with a PhD from MIT, he has been studying and consulting on lean product development processes for 10 years. James Womack has described him as the leading US authority on Toyota's product development process.
