Final Report of NCMS Project No. 170201 (June 1996)
A comprehensive review of process flows, pollution prevention
opportunities, and regulatory issues for die casting operations,
including aluminum, magnesium, and zinc. The report provides: 1)
descriptions of die casting processes; 2) characteristics of
waste streams and air emissions; 3) an overview of applicable
federal environmental laws and regulations; 4) guidelines and
worksheets for conducting a pollution prevention assessment; and
5) waste minimization options for the industry.
The NCMS member price is $25.00 per copy ($50.00 for
non-members), plus shipping and handling for each report. Add 6%
