The final 45 minute module addresses the development of a
plan, program and center, cost effective ways to address
training of your Critical Incident Management team, and plan
testing and validation. Once a plan is developed, the team must

underpin the plan must be validated through testing. The time to
do this is now, not during a critical incident.
